A Little Bit Longer

"In coming up of a new year, I did some thinking about how I would approach this year. And I had a couple of thoughts I want to share with you tonight. First is this: New Year, New Beginnings. And the second: 2010 the year of NO Fear.
You know, so often we think we have each step figured out, and when one thing doesn’t go our way, we begin to question, we begin to fear of what our next step would be. I had one of those moments about 4 and a half years ago when I got diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. And although, I feel like I've shared my story enough, there's a moment in particular I wanna share with you tonight. A moment that I don’t talk about very often.Usually, you hear me say positive things: that I've moved on, I pressed on, I didn’t let it slow me down. But I never talk about the moment when I fear what the future was.When I asked the question: "Am I gonna die?” my doctor looked back at me and said: "Nope. You're gonna be alright".And then from that point on, I made the commitment that I wouldn’t let it slow me down. And so when that moment comes for you, in your own circumstance, in your own life, promise me one thing: Don’t you ever, EVER let it slow you down. Because I believe in you, and I wanna thank all of you for believing in me even when I had trouble believing in myself. So for that I say: thank you. Now, would you sing this out with me tonight?"

My Miley Smiley

I’m not trying to explain how much I love you or how much you inspire me, beause it’s something impossible. We can’t explain these things, because we can’t explain what came from the heart.

I’ve been watching you since you appear on TV and I saw your bad days, I saw everyone trying to let you down, I saw you singing, I saw you doing the best things to people who need, I saw you hearing all these bad comments about you and what you do. But I also saw you trying to explain that you’re not perfect, I saw you smiling even if the whole world was trying to stop you, and it just made me love you more.

Miley, you’re one of the strongest person I have ever seen before. You’re such an inspiration, for all the things that you lived, for all the things that you teach me every single day with your songs and with your story. I love you because you say that you’re not perfect, and I know you’re not. I love you because you’re not pretending to be who you are not. You’re just trying to live your dream and do what you love.

And I want you to know that I’ll be by your side forever. Because I love you, and even if I can’t touch you, or hug you when you’re down, I hope you know that I’ll be here to catch you if you fall. You’ll always be the girl with the truest smile, the most beautiful eyes, the sweetest voice and the biggest heart; you’ll always be my Miley Smiley.

And remember: No matter what they say, they cannot fade your light, because you were born to illuminate a million of people with your songs, your acts and your smiles…and I’m just one of them.

I'll always support you

I know that seeing your idol hanging out with someone may hurt you. Maybe we - the fans- are just jealous or we're just trying to alert them that the other person can break their heart. I'm saying this 'cause I’m seeing so much people hating Ashley. And I'm not saying that I like her, 'cause I don’t like.

I'm not saying that she's perfect and that "JASHLEY" is the best couple ever, 'cause I don't think it. But what I'm trying to say is that if you're Joe's fan, you should be happy for him. C'mon, I know that we love him and I know that we care if she'll break his heart, but if she does we'll be here to support him, won't we?

And even if you don't like Ashley, even if you think she is a slu* or something, if Joe chose her, it's a signal that she's making our Joe happy. And for those who are saying that Joe changed because of her, I just want to say that Joe is a man, not a kid! He has his own opinions and his own personality. And if he changed, it's just because he grew up!

Another point for those saying that Joe must break up with Ashley: Hey, you're NOT Denise, you're not his mom or his lover counselor... He must do what is better for him and if you're real fans you should accept these things! You should stop saying stupid things to him and to her. If you really love him, you should see what I'm seeing in this picture:

And I’ll tell you what I’m seeing…. I’m seeing the biggest smile ever on his face. He’s so happy, why don’t you understand this?

So, please, stop saying that she is ruining his life, she's making he smile! Are you all blind? Start seeing this smile that makes us so happy. Show your love and be thankful 'cause there is someone who makes Joe happy.
